The Trig out signal depends on the selected trigger
source.
Trigger Source Description
Immediate A square wave is output from the
Trig out terminal with a 50% duty
cycle at the start of every sweep.
External Trigger Output is disconnected.
Manual A pulse (>1 us) is output from the
Trig out terminal at the start of each
sweep.
Syntax OUTPut[1]:TRIGger:SLOPe {POSitive|NEGative}
Example OUTP1:TRIG:SLOP NEG
Sets the Trig out signal as negative edge.
Query Syntax OUTPut[1]:TRIGger:SLOPe?
Return Parameter
POS Positive edge
NEG Negative edge
Example OUTP1:TRIG:SLOP?

The Trig out signal is set to negative edge.

Source Specific
Command
Description
Turns the trigger out signal on or off from the Trig
out terminal on the rear panel. When set to on, a
trigger signal (TTL) is output at the start of each
pulse. The default is setting is off.
Syntax OUTPut[1]:TRIGger {OFF|ON}
Example OUT OUTP1:TRIG ON
Enables the Trig out signal.
Query Syntax OUTPut[1]:TRIGger?
